Once an order is placed, cancellation may not be possible after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location and courier operations.

Zayns is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

7. Exchange Policy

At Zayns, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

Eligible Exchange Conditions:

  • The perfume bottle or packaging arrives damaged

  • The perfume lasting does not perform for a minimum of 2 hours under normal usage conditions

Important Conditions:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for damaged product claims

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Products must not be excessively used or tampered with

  • Approval of exchange requests will be subject to verification by our team

Zayns reserves the right to reject exchange claims if sufficient proof is not provided.

8. Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds once products are delivered.

Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zayns shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Delays in delivery
